The Careers Confidence Scorecard enables students to assess their confidence across the key areas of career development.
By completing the scorecard, both students and educators gain a clear, data-informed picture of confidence and areas for support.
Use the insights to personalise guidance, hold meaningful career conversations, and track progress over time. Whether as a starting benchmark or reflection tool, the Scorecard empowers your students to become self-aware, resilient, and proactive about their futures.
For schools, it provides valuable data to evidence progress. It clearly shows start and end points, growth, as well as impact.
It is also a tool for demonstrating your intent, implementation, and impact in line with Ofsted expectations and takes you from Expected to Exceptional.

It gives you a strategic, ready-to-use framework that ensures activities are impactful, timely, and aligned with both the Gatsby Benchmarks and Ofsted’s expectations for personal development.
By mapping employer encounters, workplace experiences, FE/HE engagements, and guidance sessions throughout the year, the Careers Calendar guarantees every student receives consistent, meaningful exposure to careers.
You will save time and drive quality, while the system works for you to meet statutory and student needs.
This is delivered as a masterclass, providing you with all the tools and templates to implement immediately.
Additional in-person support is available if you would like hands-on support to help you embed the framework across your school, college or trust.
The last two schools we worked with both got Outstanding in their Ofsted reports and a special mention in careers.
Investment
Deliver an exceptional, Ofsted-aligned student-centred careers programme with our three transformative tools. If your inspection, conducted at least 6 months after purchase, does not achieve a “Strong Standard” or “Exceptional” in Personal Development, we’ll refund your investment. No questions asked.
Total investment is £797 – £997 per year, depending if you want personalised Career Blueprint Content, e.g. branded and use of your Logo.
